Al-Ghubaini have designed and operated a Loss Prevention Program for the past ( 7 ) years to safeguard its Human Resources and equipment from accidents, materials from damages and facilities from fire. Also its takes into consideration the safety of other surroundings. The Safety Advisor, reporting both the Operations Manager and the Vice President, draw up the Safety/ Loss Prevention Program for each contract dependant on each contract nature of work identifying existing services, safe method of construction and installations…, special hazards etc…
The Safety Equipment, First Aid Facilities, Ambulance, Fire Fighting Equipment etc…, are arranged accordingly. Safety courses and seminars are regularly given to educate the work force about the safety requirement and the importance of their adherence to the safety regulations of the respective Clients to prevent accidents and injuries. Equipment operatives are given extensive safety courses to prevent accidents and injuries. The safety procedures as set by the Safety Advisor are strictly complied with by all the Safety Coordinators and reported accordingly. The Safety Advisors are empowered by the Management to order the cease of work and/or suspension if areas are found unsafe.
